Google Meet

These days we can have video calls on platforms such as zoom, messenger, WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.

But each option comes with different functionalities.

We will talk about Google Meet, a new video call platform.

Around a year ago, I switched from Zoom to Google meet for my meetings online. The main reason is the limit of time on zoom, which is only 40 min. (In case of having a meeting with three or more people) while on Google Meet, the limit is 60 min or one hour.

– Connects to your Google Calendar: Makes it easier for setting up consecutive weekly calls, etc

– Easy sharing: Has a share link option like zoom for easy sharing and one-click access.

Google Meet also has the best connection out of all the similar apps I’ve tried. I can always count on it working and having no issues like lag or disconnects when I’m using it, which is not the case with other services like Skype or FaceTime.

Google Meet is an online meeting tool you can use with your friends and family. It has many features that make it very convenient for people who want to have video chat meetings with their loved ones.

The video chat is available on the web and mobile. You can also send messages and share your screen during the call. Video meetings are beneficial for many reasons, such as they save time and money, they are environmentally friendly; they are more convenient than in-person meetings, etc. Don’t need any special equipment or software to get started, an internet connection and a computer with a webcam.
